I've been vegan for 7 years and have no children or pets. I've shared homes many times and respect personal space.

I rarely party these days, and if I do, it's always outside the house. I do enjoy attending live gigs whenever possible.

I'm currently selling my unit after a recent separation and am looking for a new place to reset. My ideal move-in date is March 14th for a minimum of 12 months.

Preferred areas: Woolloongabba, East Brisbane, Annerley, Stones Corner, Buranda, Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane.

- A furnished room is preferred (as I'm selling my furniture).
- I have one car (street parking is fine, as it's rarely used).
