Hi! My name is Tom, and I’m from Taiwan. I’m currently living in Brisbane by myself, and I’m looking for a place for 1 person.
I was previously on a Working Holiday visa and have recently transferred to a Student visa, as I’m now studying at TAFE. I’m planning to move in around Sep 8. I expect to stay for Length of Stay, and if everything goes well, I’d be happy to stay longer.
My schedule is: classes from 8am to 12pm, and work from 5pm to 9pm. I have a quiet lifestyle, don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and always keep shared areas clean and tidy.
