Hi! I’m Emma and I’m moving to Newcastle in January to start my PhD. I am looking for a house of social, kind and tidy housemates ideally situated near the beach.

A bit about me… I’m turning 23 in February. Female, non-smoker. I am a clean, respectful and easy going housemate. I have 2 years of share house experience and rental history in Sydney. I enjoy being active, and spending my free time at the beach, reading, doing Pilates/ yoga or out for dinner / drinks with friends. I am social and looking to meet new people in Newcastle! I do also value a peaceful home environment.
