23-year-old university graduate relocating to Perth late January to start a full-time role at CBA (cyber security).
Seeking a room / studio / granny flat with a private en suite or bathroom.
I’ll be working in the CBD, so I’m looking for places within ~20 minutes commute with public transport. Budget: $350-400 per week, all bills included.
I’m clean, quiet, and introverted. I don’t drink or smoke and don’t have pets or children. I prefer a calm, non-party household. Though due to allergies, I’d need a room without a carpet.
Outside of work, my interests include gaming and discussing world events. I'm an Australian citizen and willing to provide work references and a police check if required.
