Little information about me:
- looking for room to stay in Strathfield
- preferably less than 12min walk to train station
- currently a student in USYD
- very clean, tidy, organised and hygienic
- usually quiet (but I do practice guitar in daytime, i could stop playing if you got bothered)
- usually cook&bake 2-3 times a week, but i always clean up the kitchen and dining room after used (including the stove/oven/table/bench etc)
- i don't mind sharing bathroom and kitchen, but a private bedroom is required
- planning to have a car after Feb 2026
