Hi, I’m Peter. I am a 50+ year old IT professional of 30 years.
I have recently arrived from Sydney after 15 years of living and working there.
I've recently completed a freelance IT project for a US company while in Sydney so initially I'll be taking it easy.
I have come to Perth for a fresh and exciting start to 2026.
I have a grown daughter and 2 grand children and lots of family and friends back in the UK who I miss dearly but am in contact with very regularly.

I like relaxing and keeping things very simple by enjoying a quiet life.
I am tee-total, preferring quiet nights in perhaps watching youtube or netflix.
I also like to wander a bit and see what is out about.
I'm tidy and considerate and respectful of shared and other people's spaces and I'm hoping to find like minded housemates to share a home.
I'm a quiet person who generally keeps to myself but I also enjoy a friendly chat from time to time.

I am an early riser and like to get out and about to kick start my day.

Ideally your home will be located close to public transport and shopping facilities.
I do prefer to cook as opposed to order in so a nice kitchen would be great but not essential.

I am very reliable with rent / utilities (provable rental history) and the important things in life.
