Hi there! We are a professional couple (M38 and F28) looking for a new place to call home. We are well-past our "party house" years and truly value a living space that is a sanctuary. We’re both employed—one of us works full-time in Hospitality as manager and the other in the tech industry (working from home mostly) .

What we bring to the household:

Reliability: We’ve both been renting for years and have impeccable references. Rent and bills are always paid on time.

Cleanliness: We actually enjoy a tidy kitchen and a clean bathroom. We’re the "clean as you go" type of people.

Atmosphere: We are quiet, polite, and respectful of personal space. While we’re always up for a friendly chat in the hallway, we generally keep to ourselves and appreciate a calm environment.

Consideration: We aren't the type to bring the party home or have loud music playing late at night.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a room (preferably with an ensuite, but we're flexible) in a household with like-minded, respectful people. Ideally, we’d love a spot close to public transport

Availability:
We are looking to move around Tuesday 31st of march and are interested in a long-term stay.
