2. Approximately under 40 minutes from the CBD via public transportation
3. Complete appliances
4. Nearby WWS/Coles/Aldi
5. Close to Asian supermarkets, restaurants, and markets
6. Off-street garage to avoid hassles
7. Good driving experience
