Lucian Kim

My name is Lucian, I’m a 25-year-old from South Korea, currently in Brisbane on a Working Holiday visa. I’m looking for a place to call home for the next 4–6 months.

Back in Korea, I studied Social Work and worked at a public organization for a year. I’ve come to Brisbane to soak up new experiences and improve my English before diving into my long-term career. I’ll be working in the hospitality industry during my stay, and I am financially responsible, ensuring that rent and bills are always paid on time.

A bit about my lifestyle: I’m very tidy and mindful of shared spaces—I believe a clean home is a happy home! In my free time, I love staying active and exploring new places. I also enjoy cooking Korean food and would be more than happy to share some delicious dishes with my housemates occasionally! I’m a quiet and considerate person who enjoys a friendly chat but also deeply respects everyone’s need for privacy and downtime.

- Habits: Non-smoker (nicotine-free only) and an occasional social drinker.
- Social: Not a party person; I prefer a calm living environment.
- Commute: I don’t have a car, so no parking space is needed.
