G'day Perth!

I am currently looking for a house or room to rent, preferably around the welshpool area but happy to consider all options 😀

I'm 19, single, work full time in Welshpool and studying a diploma for my job outside work hours. I'm not a party person and prefer to have a more relaxed weekend. My weekdays typically involve studying or playing games on my laptop.

I would prefer somewhere unfurnished and on my own, however happy to get a room. Would like the room unfurnished with an ensuite and in an all-blokes household. I don't have any pets but would be great to move into a place that already has cats or would let me get one 😺

Happy to consider all options if the place doesn't perfectly align with what I've said 😀
