G'day! 👋 I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably south of the river but happy with the city/bit north 🙂

I work full time in Welshpool, and looking for rent around the $250-$350/w range.
I'm looking to move out sometime during September/August. I would love a place that has a cat or other pets and will adore them :)

I'd prefer somewhere unfurnished/option to move current furniture and with one other person (or a couple)

I'm easy going, have experience with living in a share house, and I'm keen on keeping spaces clean and tidy.
I can be friendly and chatty, as well as quiet and kept to myself
