G'day! 👋 I'm looking for a place to stay around anywhere from the city to Rockingham, ideally nearby public transport (~15 minute walk radius).

I work full time in Welshpool and can easily pay rent, looking around the $250-$350/w range, and would love a place that already a cat or other pets. References can be provided upon request

I'm easy going and have experience with living in a share house. I'm keen on spaces clean and tidy. I can be friendly and chatty, as well as quiet and kept to myself
