Tiana and Jacob

Hey! We’re Tiana and Jacob, a calm, respectful couple in our early 30s, recently back in Brisbane after spending time overseas.

We live pretty quietly and value a clean, comfortable home. We’re friendly and considerate, but also enjoy our own space. Weeknights are usually low-key (cooking, winding down, early-ish nights), and weekends are a mix of seeing friends, exercising, or getting outdoors.

We also have our golden retriever, Miley. She’s extremely well-trained, gentle, and people-loving - very much a calm presence rather than a high-energy dog. She’s house-trained, used to being indoors, and rarely left alone for long periods.

We’re looking for a short to medium-term place while we figure out our next steps, and would love a home that feels respectful, easygoing, and mutually considerate.
