I’m moving from Canberra to Melbourne in February for work with my puppy, Syna.
I work in government full-time and will be on flexible work arrangements so sometimes working from home.
I like to have a clean and comfortable home and would like roommates that are respectful and understand common courtesy when it comes to living together.
More about me:
I can be very outgoing and social at times but also appreciate my alone time. Most of my time is taken up by Syna but in my spare time I like to go for coffee, walks, do Pilates, listen to music, chill out and watch a tv show - I’m pretty easy going.
I do also enjoy a cheeky wine or cocktail and being silly at times, I don’t know too many people in Melbourne so would also love to potentially become friends and do things together as well!
About Syna:
She is a Doberman so very high energy which I look after with my lifestyle quite well. When she is fully grown she will be big and this can be intimidating to some people, so if you don’t do well with dogs I’m probably not the right roommate for you.
She will be 17 weeks old at the time of the move so she is still in training and requires someone who is understanding of this. She is smart though, toilet trained and crate trained. She’s a Velcro dog so sticks to me most of the time - I’m not concerned with her when it comes to other people, she is shy at first but will warm up quickly.
I’m seeking to preferably team up to rent a place with an outdoor space, but open to a pre-existing home so long as it ticks the boxes. I also have a Pilates reformer which requires space but it does fold up (and you are welcome to use for free of course, yay!).
