I’m a 19-year-old university student beginning my second year as mechanical engineering student in Semester 1, 2026. I’m highly studious and hardworking, balancing full-time study with part-time work. I’m moving to the area and am looking for an affordable room to rent. I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and good food, but my main focus is my studies and work, so I keep things quiet and organised at home. I value a clean, tidy, and homely living space.
