We are Catalina and Julián, a Colombian couple currently pursuing master's studies. We both work during the day, so we maintain a calm and organized routine. We are orderly, responsible, respectful, and very careful with shared spaces. We have no pets or children, we don't smoke, and we greatly value good coexistence, respect for rest, and clear communication.
