Hello, my name is Hany, and I’m a 29-year-old coffee professional currently working with ONA Coffee, an internationally recognised coffee brand. I’ve been a full-time member of the ONA team for the past 10 years and have only ever worked for two employers — something I take great pride in, as long-term commitment, reliability, and consistency are values I hold closely.

I want to reassure you from the outset that I take this application very seriously. I am prepared to offer up to six months’ rent upfront if needed. I currently hold over $100,000 in personal savings, and my business maintains a further $50,000, with statements available. My parents are also willing to act as guarantors for added security. I was born and raised in Canberra and have lived independently in my own residence for the past 10 years, fully managing and paying all household bills, rates, and living expenses. I will be moving with my younger brother, who is an aspiring professional volleyball player. Alongside my full-time role, I operate a successful ceramics business through an e-commerce platform serving customers in over 40 countries. This provides a strong and consistent secondary income. I also maintain a professional presence in the coffee industry through social media and international events. Outside of work, I enjoy basketball, climbing, coffee, and spending time with friends. I travel occasionally for work, but I’m not a party person and value a quiet home.
