Hey there, I’m Al (AL not A.I.).
I’m moving to Canberra from The Hague for work and study and I’m looking to join an existing share house in Canberra (inner north or south).
Keen to live with professionals around my age (roughly 28–35) in a place that feels friendly and lived-in, where people are up for a chat, a shared meal, or a drink, but also respect each other’s space and schedules. I'm gay and appreciate living in and building a safe LGBTIQ+ friendly home.
I’ll do some WFH, but I prefer working from the office or a library, so I’m not the kind of housemate who’s permanently camped at home.
Outside work and study I’m usually outdoors or doing something active. I’m into running, hiking and weightlifting. I also love cinema, live music, and techno. I’m tidy, reliable with bills, and pretty straightforward to live with. Keen to find a place with good people and a similar rhythm.
