Originally from New Zealand and moved to the Gold Coast in 2021. Purchased an apartment in a boutique building in Labrador on the Broadwater. Loved this apartment but sold this in 2023 (owned with my now ex, for context), put my things into a storage unit and went on a dream trip around the world. Mostly Latin America but also 2 Europe summers and a trip to Africa for a Safari. Whilst travelling I learnt to surf, to speak Spanish, and completed a Bachelor of Business degree remotely, majoring in Accountancy and minoring in Business Law.

Coming back to Australia 28th Jan (currently in NZ with family) and am looking for a clean, modern and tidy place to live while I build my savings back up and buy back into the property market. I am super friendly and social but also value a quiet house. Am currently training for an ironman 70.3 so between working, training, eating and sleeping I am just wanting a nice relaxing place to call home, with friendly, chill and respectful people.

I have furniture in storage but can sell anything not needed. Can contribute a coffee machine, Weber, outdoor furniture set, lots of random things haha :)

Bit more about me: I love the ocean, camping, running, cooking, reading and playing any kind of game. I also love sleep, so not looking for a party house at all, but do occasionally love a drink or a bbq in the weekend. Let me know if you have any questions :)
