I am a 26 year old trans man looking to move from my current house very soon. I am not picky about area, i just don't want it to be way too far out from the cbd as i rely on public transport. My budget is about $950/pcm without bills.I would have my ragdoll cat Smore moving in with me also! I have my own bedroom furniture, and I have a big fridge though I can just sell that if there's no need for a fridge.
Now that the important details are out of the way a lil about me and Smore! I have years of sharehouse experience, I am tidy and am happy to work with housemates on cleaning rosters or anything that makes everyone feel like they're doing their part! I am mostly a homebody, though I do want to start going out and experiencing Melbourne more! I keep to myself mostly but also enjoy housemate hangouts if that's the vibe of the house, I love game nights or movie nights, or just hanging and chatting, but I also respect needing your own space. I like to do anything creative, I will try any medium at least once! I also enjoy puzzles, and I game a decent bit. I also bake occasionally so you will be offered baked goods, and i will also occasionally cook for everyone if they like! I am also always on the phone with my long distance girlfriend but am respectful of noise and considerate of muting my end if housemates are talking and don't want to be heard. I am a cig smoker but strictly outside, and I also am prescribed medicinal 🍃 so need people that are okay with that (also smoked only outside).
Smore is the friendliest little guy you'll meet! He loves everyone and just want to be best friends. He is like a dog in a cat suit, he's so playful (he will get daily zoomies) but he does also sleep a lot as he is my little velcro cat and likes to cuddle all the time. He seems okay with cats, and I havent seen him interact with dogs but i think he'd be okay as he really does just want love from everyone haha
