Hi!
We are two Spanish couples looking for long-term shared accommodation (share house) in Brisbane.
4 adults total – sociable but quiet and respectful, no parties or loud nights. We want a calm spot to improve our English and enjoy the city.
Visa info: Only one of us has a Working Holiday Visa (417); the other three are on student visas.
Availability: Housed until around Jan 19–22. Ready to move in late January / early February onwards.
Ideally: 2 private rooms (one for each couple) in the same house/apartment, with shared common areas.
Preferred suburbs: Brisbane City 4000, Fortitude Valley 4006, Kangaroo Point 4169, New Farm 4005, Paddington 4064, South Brisbane 4101, Spring Hill 4000, Teneriffe 4005, West End 4101, Woolloongabba 4102.
Budget: Max $450 per week per couple/room (ideally $350–$450, bills included preferred).
