Hi! I’m Jason — moving to Sydney to start a new job in Chatswood on the 26th (working across events and social functions). I’m looking for either a one-bedroom place or a share where I have my own private bedroom.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, friendly, and respectful of other people’s space and routines. I’m clean and tidy in shared areas and I’m the type who’s happy to pitch in so the place stays nice. Because of my work hours I’m usually out a lot and not home much, so the house generally stays pretty calm and quiet during the week.

When I am home, I’m up for a quick chat, a laugh, or a casual drink/meal if that’s the vibe — but I’m also very comfortable with everyone doing their own thing. I’m looking for a relaxed, good-energy household with considerate people and a genuinely good room.
