Yudai

My name is Yudai, and I am a Japanese student currently studying at Monash University. I am tidy, easygoing, and respectful of the place where I live. I take good care of facilities, keep shared spaces clean, and am considerate of house rules and the people around me.

I also enjoy socializing and am friendly and easy to get along with. At the same time, I am flexible and understanding, and I do not mind normal household noise, as I understand that shared living naturally involves some level of activity.

I have experience living both with others and independently, so I value communication, cleanliness, and reliability. I would do my best to be a responsible and pleasant tenant.
