Bernice: 23y/o coming from Hong Kong, have arrived Melbourne for six months. Currently studying at UOM + a part time job at Fitzroy.
Tanaya: 20 years old looking to move from Tassie at the start of Feb for full time study at Monash. And will be looking for a part time job in Melbourne and have current savings for rent in advance and bond.
