Hi! I’m looking for a room or housemates around New Farm, Newstead, Paddington, or Bardon. My budget’s around $300 a week.

I’ve got a beautiful golden retriever named Humphrey, he’s a big, gentle boy who’s super chill and well trained. We go for walks most mornings and evenings, and during the day he mostly naps while I’m at work.
I work full-time at the Children’s Hospital (8:30–5, Monday to Friday).

On weekends I’m usually cleaning, catching up with friends, exercising, or getting into some sewing or other hobbies, I like to keep busy. I’m pretty easygoing, generally quiet at home but always happy to have a chat or hang out.
Looking for a friendly place with people who are tidy, considerate, and don’t mind a dog around!
