Hey! I’m James, 28, and I run my own business in the health and wellness space. I work remotely, keep a consistent routine, and live a very healthy, active lifestyle.

Big on training, beach time, good food, and looking after myself. I’m not a party guy — very mild drinker, maybe a glass or two of red on the weekend with dinner. No smoking, no drugs.

I’m easygoing, laid-back, and respectful. I get along with people easily, enjoy a chat, and I’m social when it suits — but I also really value privacy, personal space, and a calm, clean home environment.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, tidy, and treat a place like home rather than a crash pad. Ideally looking for a place with like-minded people who are relaxed, active, and respectful.
