Hello, I’m a 33 year old woman originally from the US moving to Canberra for a masters in Linguistics at ANU. I enjoy reading, hiking, and making art — I do a lot of natural dye with local plants :)

I am looking for either a share house or flat to myself.

As an international student, I do not have previous rental history in Australia, nor do I currently have a job. However, for my visa I have had to provide sufficient proof of funds to support me during my course, and so you can be assured that I can pay the rent from my savings during my whole time in your unit (proof can be provided). I can provide letters of reference from those I have lived with in the US, if this is helpful.

I am a tidy person and very easy going — I get a long with most people! I’m from Minnesota, whose state catchphrase is “Minnesota Nice.” Looking forward to finding a nice place in the northern part of Canberra.
