My name is Michael Todorovic.
I am a first-time renter, and previously lived in my family home, contributing towards the home loan and bills (address can be provided when paperwork is being filled out).
I have just signed and accepted a full-time contract with my first day commencing on the 27th of January. I will be able to cover the weekly rent and bond that I have put in my profile.
I am particularly interested in these areas for rental property because my workplace is close-by these areas making it more convenient to travel to and from work.
I am quiet and respectful of others’ privacy and have always had good relationships with surrounding neighbours at my previous family home.
Although I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a peaceful place where my partner would visit me regularly as I make my transition into the Sydney lifestyle.
I am more than happy to provide the appropriate ID documents for a suitable property manager(s) or landlord(s).
