I am a full-time Space Engineer on a permanent contract in an established engineering company, contributing to the growing space sector of Western Australia. Originally from Russia, I spent the past 3.5 years in Italy before relocating to Perth on a company-sponsored Skills-In-Demand visa. I’m looking for an ensuite room in a female-shared 2b2b flat for up to $450pw (excl. bills) or a self-contained unit (e.g., 1b1b or a granny flat) for up to $550pw (excl. bills).

I’ve been renting accommodation for about 10 years and it’s taught me the beauty of simply taking care of things as they happen - cleaning as I go, never leaving mess behind, treating spaces, flatmates and property owners/managers with respect. I believe that successful co-sharing starts with everyday care of the property and consideration of each other's routines. I am always mindful of flatmates' boundaries, while still enjoying an easygoing, friendly atmosphere.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and don’t host parties. I am financially stable with a consistent income that comfortably covers all rental commitments. Outside of work, I take dance classes, study foreign languages and art history. I keep myself busy with work, rest and hobbies, but I’m absolutely up to share a chat, a meal or an activity with a flatmate when it comes naturally.
