I'm a 38-year-old woman, run my own business in Burleigh Heads area and prefer living in a studio/granny flat or Master bedroom in a house with the pool. I don't smoke, no parties, I go to the gym, don't smoke or drink. I have 6 beautiful year old friendly and bubbly son with no special needs. He goes to St. Andrews school, so will be nice to find accommodation close by. I will have him with me 50% of the time. My current house is spotless, I am respectful, friendly and busy at work. I'm quite and love my personal space, however always ready for a chat:) At the moment I live in my own property in Varsity lakes.
