- Experienced renter (been living in Melbourne CBD in a rental for 6 months)

Ideally looking for a property with:
- Own bathroom
- Located as close to Sydney CBD as possible (Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Pyrmont, Ultimo, Chippendale, Potts Point)
