Hey guys!
I am a 28-year-old guy, currently a postgraduate student at UWA and working at a coffee shop in Claremont. I’m looking for a flat starting around the 24th of July (a few days earlier or later is totally okay). I’d prefer somewhere within a 25-35 minute public transport commute to UWA. I prefer around the City, Freo or Claremont.

My budget: Up to 320$/week. As I’m not working full-time to focus on my studies, finding something a bit cheaper would be great for my quality of life and my peace of mind while studying.

My house vibe: I’m someone who values having my own space and staying in my own lane, so I prefer a quiet home environment where I can recharge. That being said, I’m communicative and easy-going, not a closed-off person at all.

I enjoy keeping the house clean, but I’m very relaxed. so don’t worry, I’m not going to send you a picture of your dirty dishes in the sink 😛
A few more things:
• Cooking: I love to cook, so a nice kitchen is a big plus for me.
• Down time: On weekends, I enjoy having a beer or wine. I’m an occasional smoker (never indoors), so a balcony or an outdoor area would be a nice bonus.
• Flexibility: I’d like to have the option to sublet my room if I need to travel back home or go away for a bit (I’m very picky about who I let in, so don't worry about that).
