I am in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa from Wales in the UK, which runs until December 2026 and which I'm planning to extend for another year. I have a full-time job in Tweed Heads, Monday to Friday. I'm a 20 year old male and looking for accommodation anywhere between Surfers Paradise, where I've been staying for the past 7 months, and my work in Tweed Heads. I have a car so would need a parking space (on-road would be fine), but I am keen to be close to shops, beach etc.

The ideal property for me would include the following:
- Group of young people (20s, working holiday/backpackers/young professionals)
- A private, fully-furnished bedroom
- Shared areas - living room, outdoor areas
- Bathroom - would prefer private/ensuite, but would be happy to share
- Parking space
- Air con
- Happy to sign up to a tenancy for the rest of 2026 in the first place
- My budget is up to $400 including bills

Because of my work, I am available for inspections after 6pm (except Wednesdays) and on weekends.
