I'm a 26-year-old female student at UNSW Paddington campus, looking for a long-term room in a clean, quiet share house/apartment in Paddington, Darlinghurst, Randwick, or Surry Hills.
🧘♀️ A bit about me:
• Introverted & low-key: I enjoy my own space and keep things calm—no loud parties, no frequent guests, and I won’t disturb your quiet time.
• Tidy & respectful: I always clean up after myself in shared spaces, never leave dishes in the sink or clutter in the kitchen/living room.
• Super regular schedule: I’m usually in bed by 10 PM and up early for classes, so no late-night noise or early-morning disturbances.
• Occasional kitchen use: I’ll use the kitchen from time to time for simple cooking, and I always clean up the counter and utensils right after use.
• No smoking in public area.
🤝 I’m looking for:
A friendly, considerate household where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps common areas clean. I’m happy to split bills on time, help with shared chores like taking out the trash, and chat occasionally—but I also value having quiet time to study and relax.
