As a student, I spend a lot of my time at the library or studying in my room, so I truly value a quiet and organized home. I am very disciplined with my routine and take pride in keeping my living space clean and tidy—especially common areas like the kitchen and bathroom.

I don’t have pets, and I’m not a party person. I prefer a calm atmosphere where everyone’s personal space is respected.

I am financially stable and prioritize paying rent and bills on time. I’ve lived in shared accommodation before and understand the importance of clear communication and house rules.
