I'm Leon (29), I've been traveling around Australia and New Zealand for the last 3 months to visit family and see the sights. I'll be starting teaching work as a CRT in a few weeks and I'm looking for a single bed to sublet short-term as soon as possible.

• Looking to rent somewhere fairly central or close to train lines for work; North Melbourne, Carlton, Fitzroy, South Bank, Richmond, East Melbourne etc.

• Looking for a reasonably well furnished room in any kind of apartment/house situation.

• Looking for something around $350 a week or less.

Additional information about me:
I'm a very easy going Irish primary school teacher with a background in music. Very interested in the arts and meeting other like-minded people. I have a long-term girlfriend living in Sydney and I've been vegetarian for almost 10 years. I can drive but don't currently have a car here and I'm quite outdoorsy. I'm very clean and tidy and have lived in shared apartments and houses with mostly female friends on and off for about 10 years. I'm quite sociable but respectful of boundaries and always up for a bitta craic (fun)!
