Lanie and Titi

Hi! We are a 20 (turning 21) year old couple who is looking for a place to start our lives together. No children, no pets, non smokers, rarely drink.

We are looking to move asap, into a long term accommodation. 6-12+ months rental is something we are pretty keen on, as we are looking for stability.

We are a quiet and reliable pair, who enjoy a pretty self sufficient lifestyle. Non smoking, no parties, no kids and no pets.
Of course we do not mind if the landlord has other tenants who do have these things, but as for ourselves, what you see is what you get.

Titi works as a landscaper and goes to university a couple of days a week to study law. He currently spends his days on construction sites, restoring gardens and building beautiful custom outdoor spaces for his clients.

I am currently on Centrelink as I had to flee my home around a year ago due to personal issues which made it unsafe to stay. I have briefly returned to my parents house for the holidays, and due to my dog dying, but I need to find my own place asap.

I finished my diploma in screen and media in 2023, and will be looking for full time local work once I have found a place to live. I have many different skills and qualifications, so this would not be difficult.

To avoid “job hopping” it has been easier for me to be on welfare while I search for accommodation, but again, should not be the case long term.
Either way, we can guarantee that rent will be paid on time each week.

Ideally, we would love a private space such as a granny flat or a studio, but a room/rooms in a share house is also fine.
We can offer comfortably around $500/w on our current incomes, but we are flexible.

I would also be interested in single accommodation for me (lanie) but would need to discuss further. On a single income, the most I can offer is $300/pw.
