Brendan

Hi potential new flatmate/s, my name is Brendan, I moved to Brisbane from up near Cairns in January 2025. I work full-time during the day as a landscaper and study Landscape Design at night three evenings a week. I’m a bit of a plant nerd and love greenery and plants around the place. When I’m not studying, I’m usually out on a run or keeping active outdoors. I’m also pretty handy and mechanically minded, often spending time tinkering on my car.

Im 19, but very mature, responsible, tidy and respectful person who takes pride in maintaining shared spaces. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, while also being mindful of other people’s routines and personal space. Im one that's always on time with expenses and rent (I have references to back this).

I’m looking for a place to call home long term and a household with a good, relaxed atmosphere, potentially making new friends among the way. I’d be keen to meet, have a chat, and grab a coffee to see if it’s a good fit.

I drive a ute so onsite or street parking is essential :)
