I am a 50+ man. Requiring to rent a room in a comfortable house for 4-6 months before buying a place of my own. I work full time, office based, job does not allow for working remotely. I spend my free time studying and learning languages. I appreciate company and prefer a peaceful clean home. I would need a safe spot to park my car. I don't smoke, drink alcohol nor own pets.
