Hello, it is I, with the shoe on the other foot. For 15 years now, I've been the one holding a lease and meeting and having lovely housemates move in...and some, er, strange ones too.

I am clean/neat and good with timely bill payments.
Big fan of pets, but without any.
I'm respectful of a home, being a haven and chill zone.

I work 9-5 in the city (longer hours though to be exact) in insurance *eye roll*, but no its worker's comp and really rewarding. WFH 2-3 days if agreeable.

Not keen on a party house, and I can direct you to million of them on any weekend to enjoy rather as I work at many of them (girl works hard for the money!)

I come with a fairly large collection of vinyl and turntables if you will allow. It's just a collection thing these days though, never play.

I love cooking and go alright as a baker, if I'm being modest, so there are perks!
