Trying my luck again!

Hi everyone, Harry here. I’m 23 and working full time in retail management in the CBD. I’m currently looking for a long-term place to call home and treat like one.

Ideally looking around Carlton, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Brunswick, North Melbourne and Richmond, but open to similar areas close to the city.

My budget is $400–$500 per week depending on the place. I’m looking to move ASAP, but I’m happy to wait a week or two for the right spot. Lease transfers are no problem for me either.

I’ve lived in share houses before so I’m used to keeping things tidy, being respectful of shared spaces and contributing to a good house vibe. I’m social and always up for a chat, shared dinner or a drink, but I’m also pretty independent and do my own thing.

Outside of work I’m into music, fashion, hiking and snowboarding and skateboarding when I can, so I’m usually out and about a fair bit. I also run a small clothing project on the side.
