Hi! I’m Alex, 22, working full-time as a Fleet Delivery Coordinator at a car dealership in Brisbane. Looking for a room in a relaxed share house, ideally inner north, southside or somewhere with good public transport links. I’ve got a small dog called Arlo – he’s a Chihuahua mini foxy cross, super chill, doesn’t bark at all, fully housetrained, and he’s used to apartment living. He’s just a happy little guy who loves people and gets along with everyone.
I’m clean, respectful, pay rent and bills on time. Easy-going, love a good yarn over a beer or whatever, but I can read the room and give space when needed – not clingy or loud. Max budget $350 a week (including bills if possible), long-term lease preferably.
