Hey, I’m James, 28, originally from London, and I’ve recently moved to Melbourne for a change of scenery and a bit of a reset.

I’m currently between jobs and actively on the job hunt (financially stable), so my days are fairly structured. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, but not uptight about it — just like a place that feels comfortable to live in.

I enjoy my own time and a chilled home, but I’m also social and always up for shared dinners, a few pub trips, watching sports (mainly football) and going to the gym. Easygoing, low-drama, and very relaxed to live with.

Looking for a friendly, laid-back household — not a party house, not a library — somewhere in that sweet middle ground :))
