Hey, I’m JD, 29, originally from London, and I’ve recently moved to Melbourne for a change of scenery and a bit of a reset.

I’m currently between jobs and actively looking for my next opportunity, so my days are fairly structured. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, but not uptight about it — I just like a home that feels comfortable.

I enjoy my own time but am also social and always up for shared dinners, a few pub trips, watching sports (mainly Man United) or heading to the gym.

I’m easygoing, low-drama and relaxed to live with. Ideally, I’m looking for a friendly, laid-back household that strikes a good balance — not a party house, but not a library either!

Location-wise, I’m looking around Fitzroy, Carlton, Richmond, Collingwood and Abbotsford.

My current lease ends on 22 October, so I’m looking to move in next week or around 26 October, although I can be a little flexible for the right place.
