Hey there! I'm a single 41-year-old guy who is a working full time professional and enjoys a fairly laid-back lifestyle. I'm a non-smoker with a cat. (Basically my child haha!!) In my free time, you'll find me watching AFL games, sipping on coffee or wine, and hitting the gym to stay fit. My ideal house is easy-going and fairly quiet, creating a comfortable atmosphere to unwind in.

I’m looking for a team up with someone to start a new lease Obviously we would have to get along and vibe with each other. Easy going, drama free is essential. I have a cat. He’s fairly scared of new people but a good boy. Would prefer someone with no pets. (No couples) I’m happy to pay extra for the bigger room for myself and the cat!!

Both parties would be on the lease. I have most of the furniture. Will need to get a sofa and a washing machine. (Happy to do that in time).

Budget is around 800 for a 2 bed and 2 bath. I don’t have car, so if park is available it’s yours. Male or female is cool. I love a nice balcony too!! Add some plants and make it homely !!!!

Move in date is flexible as I have some temp accom available. Let’s grab a coffee and see what happens!!
