Hi! I’m Sylvia, a 28-year-old Chinese female working in early childhood education (4 days/week). My current visa is valid until the end of November, and I’m hoping to move in before June 15.

I’m quiet, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I cook occasionally, don’t smoke (though I vape occasionally), and drink only socially from time to time. I also have a car, so ideally I’m looking for a place with parking.

On weekends I’m usually either relaxing at home, studying English/PTE at the library, or going bouldering with friends.

I don’t bring male guests home, and I’d prefer a relatively quiet household without frequent male visitors. Female friends visiting is totally fine — just nice to give each other a heads-up.

I value open and direct communication, and prefer resolving issues calmly rather than letting tension build up 😊
