Hey all! My name is Nicole, I'm 23 and looking for a new share house to call home from early- mid February. I'm ideally looking for a long-term place (12 months) & happy to sign onto a lease. My budget is around $400/week (flexible for the right place).

About me: I've been living in Sydney for a year ( originally from London) and have lots of share house experience + great rental history. I work full-time in the city so I'm usually out during the week and love coming home to a nice, comfy space. I'm super friendly, easygoing and love meeting new people. I’m a qualified yoga instructor and in my spare time I’m usually practicing yoga, going to the beach or exploring new hikes around NSW. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and big on good communication.
