Hi, we're Andy and Helena and have recently arrived in Sydney.

We're currently in short term lets, but from April we're looking for a place to stay more permanently.

We're clean, tidy, respectful tenants who are renting our own property out in London. We would treat anyones place how we'd expect them to treat ours.

Would love to be near the sea for a surf, but not necessarily a deal breaker.
