Looking for new accommodation ASAP. Will be friendly, tidy and quiet. I have lived in Melbourne my whole life. I am open to all kinds of house mates and would like to meet new people. Also an animal lover. Additionally, I am a volunteer tutor with the AMEP (Adult English Migrant Program).

I currently suffer from some mobility issues that are linked to a B12 deficiency. I am continuing to receive treatment and hope to improve, but for the time being I am on a pair of crutches and have a couple of mobilty aides (toilet frame and shower chair) to help me.

For the most part, I can get myself around ok using my crutches. However, any house that I am in will require the following:
- Standard shower. I can't currently step into a bath or one of those bath/shower combos.
- Handrails on any stairs/steps. If your house has one of those set of steps to the front door with no rail or anything, I'll unfortunately have to rule it out.

I have recently begun some remote online work performing transcriptions. I am on call with a law firm in the city to perform document review for litigation projects on a casual basis (am admitted to practice as a lawyer). I am also currently receiving some government assistance/social support.
