I’m Niina, 31, originally from Finland and relocated to Australia on a WHV. I’m searching for a new place to call home in Perth. Ideally, I’d love a shared house in Wembley, Leederville, West Leederville, Mount Lawley, Subiaco, Claremont or Highgate — but other locations with quick bus or train access to the CBD works also. I'd prefer all female home and fully furnished. 😊

I’m hoping for something longer-term, around 4–9 months, with the option to extend if it feels right.

My budget is around $350 per week, up to $400 for a real hidden gem.

A little about me: I’m outgoing, active, and usually spending my free time at the gym or playing beach volleyball. I’m tidy, respectful, and have always lived with roommates — most of my former roommates have became my friends and formed my entire social circle. 😎
