I am Ferran, a 26-years-old PhD student from Barcelona, Spain. Starting this March, and until July (5 full months), I will be doing a research stay in CSIRO - St Lucia, Queensland Biosciences Precinct in the Queensland University Campus. Hence, I am looking for accommodation close to the campus.

I am looking for a room in a shared house/flat. My budget is tight, so the room should be around $250 per week (absolute max I am willing to pay $300 per week). Preferably, bills included.

I have +9 years of experience in sharing. Over these 9 years I have seen everything 🫣. So, obviously, I am an organized and clean flatmate. Also, I firmly believe that a good relationship with your flatmates is key to a positive experience, hence I like to spend time with my flatmates and do activities together, understating that each one needs to have their own space and time.
