My best friend and I are looking for a 2-bedroom, preferably 2-bathroom apartment/unit to rent from October 2026.
📍 Preferred areas:
* Abbotsford
* Richmond
* Collingwood
* Cremorne
* South Yarra
* Ideally somewhere convenient to ACU Melbourne
🚗 Parking: 1 car space preferred, 2 would be a bonus�💰 Budget: Up to $700 per week total depends on the area

I also have a room in mid CBD for rent when I able to find a place. 270$ you will get your own room. 1 oct 2026-lease end 20 February 2027. A small room but fit for one who want to stay in the CBD with lower budget and get your own room.
