Hi everyone, I’m a 25 year old lad from England here on a WHV and looking for a place to stay long term when my current lease ends on the 3rd October.

My budget is $350pw but could be pushed to 380-400 for the right place with bills included. I’m only interested in private rooms in child free homes and a private bathroom/ensuite would be ideal. I have a queen mattress and tv so would need a room large enough to accommodate this.
I’m mainly looking in areas such as Scarborough, Doubleview, Innaloo, Stirling, Woodlands and Glendalough but will consider surrounding areas with good public transport links or places near the CBD.

I work full time in Osbourne Park as laboratory assistant so I’m out most of the day mon-fri. Outside of work I tend to either just relax ant home or head out on walks, chase the sunset or go out with mates. I tend to keep myself to myself but would be happy in a more social space too. I’m clean, tidy and reliable and very respectful of peoples need for space.
